TRASH PICK UP - Trash service is provided on Tuesdays’ and Friday’s during the months of May through October and on Tuesday’s during November through April. Only “bagged” trash in proper garbage bags should be placed in the containers. “No loose items” should be placed in containers.  The Trash Company will not pick up any trash in the containers /enclosures that is not properly bagged. Absolutely no household items such as brooms/mops, appliances, or any furniture will be picked up by Trash Company.  All boxes must be broken down flat to completely fit inside a garbage bag that is tied. Trash containers will only deter animals if they are closed and secured properly. Trash Company does not pick up and garbage animals have dragged out of the containers or enclosures.

WINTERIZING – Homeowners are responsible for winterizing their units. This includes turning off the water, draining the pipes, etc. and setting the thermostat at a minimum of 55.  For a full list of requirements, please see the rules and regulations.

POOL – The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The combination for the pool gate is WEBLINK and changes each year. The pool restroom and shower are located in the lower level of building 4. Please adhere to the rules and regulations posted at the pool. They include no running, or diving, no glass items and no portable fire pits. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm. The grill is there for your enjoyment, but please clean up after use. All trash must be bagged and placed in one of the trash enclosures located beside each of the buildings. Do not leave bagged trash in the containers at the pool.
